We had Simon and his team undertake a full demolition and certified renovation of our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and could not be happier with the result. Simon is very pleasant to deal with, good at communicating, and great at problem solving. He has an eye for detail and very high standards resulting in a high quality build and exceptional finishes. The entire job was professional, efficient, on time and on budget.

We contracted with Simon to build our 2 bedroom + carport extension. Simon is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for detail. He was also able to solve some tricky design issues we had along the way.

Amazing from start to finish, I felt confident in Simon’s skills, he’s easy to deal with and a great communicator, reliable and obviously takes pride in doing outstanding work. We used him to do our pool surrounds and a few other grassy areas beside our main driveway, some other small infill areas. He can do it all. We had angled formwork, various levels, a large pit, half a driveway, strip drains. He worked well with our tiler and pool builder when it came to communication. He took care look after joins between slabs and to the pool. And left the place immaculate, much appreciated. We are doing renos so another tradie would have possibly thought could just add to the mess. Pics taken midday in bad sun but hopefully they show his great work. I only took a few from this area but give an indication.

I am incredibly grateful to Simon for his exceptional work in building my pool house project. After my mum undergoing brain surgery, my family decided to move her closer to assistance. Finding a reliable contractor was challenging until we met Simon. From the moment the build started he took charge, coordinating all the trades with professionalism and ease, I knew we were in good hands. Simon's cheerful demeanor made him feel like part of the family, yet he remained entirely focused and dedicated to the job. As someone with little building knowledge, I am amazed by how smoothly everything came together. Mum is loving her new living space it is perfect for her and seamlessly flows from our family home, it doesn't look like an addition. The build was fast and of such a beautiful quality down to the last detail. We highly recommend Revelate Building and Construction for your next build.

I can not speak highly enough of Simon! He was unbelievable with helping us renovate our home! He was so patient when I asked for the most outrageous requests and instead of just telling me something couldn’t be done or telling me he wouldn’t do that (like some of the other trades people we had before finding Simon) he would help make my dreams reality! Watching him work was like watching a magician!
How he made new cupboards and spaces was unreal! He really took our old outdated house from boring and unpractical to beautiful and so handy!
He was so easy to communicate with and how he engaged with both myself and the other trades was nothing short of professional!
He really has set the standard high for us when it comes to dealing with tradespeople!

I highly recommend Revelate Building and Construction for any home rebuilding or renovation needs. After the 2022 floods, they did an incredible job restoring our home. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to identify issues that insurance missed were truly impressive. Simon not only saved us time and money but also delivered outstanding results. We couldn't be happier with their work.
